If you use the website of Sweet Traditions and make a purchase you are agreeing to our terms & conditions as set out below.
Orders placed are at the price stated on our website subject to the terms set out. Once we have received your order we will send you an email to confirm receipt, the email will also inform you of availability of the products ordered. We will then send a further email confirming the price including postage, as well as delivery details.
Sweet Traditions has the right to cancel any order if reasonable to do so. Sweet Traditions may also alter products or discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order a full refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment must be received for all orders prior to dispatch. Payment can be made by credit/debit card either online or by phone, you can also pay by cheque (made payable to Sweet Traditions). If you pay by cheque please ensure you send all details of your order including your address and telephone number or email address along with your cheque guarantee card no. and expiry date.
Don't forget to include the cost of postage.
All our prices are subject to change at any time and are inclusive of VAT @ 20%. If we make a mistake with any prices on our website we reserve the right to cancel the order, we will make every effort to contact you to notify you of the mistake and give you the opportunity to purchase the goods at the correct price before cancelling any orders.
Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
Here at Sweet Traditions we try our best to have 100% availability, unfortunately this is sometimes out of our control. If we cannot supply the sweet you have ordered we will do our best to offer you a close substitute, if this is not possible we will offer to send it to you when back in stock or will offer a full refund for the product in question.
Any personal information used by Sweet Traditions will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information required would be your name, address ,telephone number, email address, bank details/credit card details.
This information will only be used to process orders and communication purposes to help make our service more efficient. We may also use this information to contact you regarding special offers we may be promoting, if you do not wish us to use your information for promotional use please specify when placing your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or it does not reach you in good condition you have the right to return them. Please contact us by email as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the goods to be returned. It would be very helpful if you could send us photographs of any damage to packaging. All goods should be returned in their original packaging, once we have investigated the complaint we will contact you with our findings. If applicable a full refund will be given (minus p&p), the refund will be applied to the card used to place the order. If the order was paid for by cheque we will send a cheque for the refundable amount. You will be responsible for cost of return of the goods unless the goods are found to be damaged on receipt or were not what you ordered, then we will cover the cost of postage.

Sweet Traditions do not manufacture sweets and therefore cannot be held responsible for the information provided regarding ingredients, we do however provide all the information we have access to from our suppliers with regards the ingredients of all sweets but cannot guarantee the accuracy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
